I guess one must be very careful to assume what certain laws are in Germany, and they are not the same in the U.S./Canada. I was wondering if you have found a German driving handbook in English? From where I am from, I checked the California driving website, and they have a driving handbook available in Armenian, Chinese, Farsi, Korean, Punjab, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese languages.
