Well, jo, that would be much better than one recent proposal: turn part of Tempelhof into a red-light district. Come to think of it, having seen Amsterdam, that’s also sort of a Dutch idea! ;>) – HF

They should turn it into an huge museum, just like Aviodrome in the Netherlands.
Have old planes fly in for the public, have historical events, make it a tourist attraction.
